The Central Library offers a Wi-Fi-enabled, air-conditioned reading room with seating for 35, featuring easy access to the catalogue, reference books, periodicals, newspapers, and audio-visual materials (CDs, DVDs).
Faculty members, students and staff members of the college borrow books from library. Students borrow the book for one week and faculty members borrow the book for one month. The borrowed books can be renewed, depending on the availability on the same in the library.
Faculty and students can access e-resources, including subscribed and open-access e-books, e-journals, and databases, through LAN-connected computers in the Central Library and Seminar Library. A cyber library in the Seminar Library, equipped with 20 computer nodes, supports e-learning. Remote access to N-List and other e-resources is also available.
The Central Library offers reprographic facilities at a nominal rate of Rs. 1 per A4 photocopy or printout. Internet-enabled library computers are connected to the photocopy machine for printing online and offline materials. Scanning services are available free of charge for students and faculty. The photocopy section is for library books only.
Our OPAC Service allows users to search, reserve, and view the availability of library materials online. It provides real-time access to books, journals, and other resources, and allows users to manage their borrowing history and reservations remotely.
